Tuli Safari Lodge - set in the Northern Tuli Game Reserve, Botswana - is an idyllic base for exploring the majestic landscape, spectacular wildlife and fascinating history of this beautiful, unspoilt corner of Africa.
We are located on the banks of the LimpopoRiver, close to the MapungubweWorld Heritage Site in South Africa, and at the heart of the proposed Greater Mapungubwe Transfrontier Conservation Area.
A varied, authentic and affordablesafari experience awaits you - with over 350 species of birds, a large elephant population, vast herds of plains game, lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog.

With an established team of friendly staff and just 8 individually designed suites, we offer a highly personalised stay, which can be as relaxed or exciting as you choose.
The lodge is situated in peaceful grounds under the shade of ancient Nyala berry trees, tucked between the banks of the Limpopo River and imposing sandstone formations. The lodge traces its origins back to 1964 when the Northern Tuli Game Reserve was created, and as such it is unconventional in design and layout and has a charming home-from-home feel.
Each air-conditioned suite has an en-suite bathroom, double/twin beds (or family rooms) and sitting areas both in and outdoors. We have two grades of suites – which we call 4 and 5 “ele” - with our “5 ele” suites being the more luxurious, spacious and private.
Wholesome meals are served in a variety of locations throughout the lodge’s extensive grounds - we try not to serve meals in the same place twice during your stay!
